• Chapel Visits: Spend time with your loved one in a peaceful, private setting. We offer you the opportunity to say your goodbyes in our chapel of rest, allowing for quiet reflection before the cremation.

• Personalised Clothing: You can choose the clothing your loved one will wear, giving you the chance to select something that reflects their personality or holds special meaning.

• Committal Music: Select a special piece of music to accompany the committal, adding a personal and emotional touch to the service. While direct cremations do not allow for attendance at the committal itself, this musical gesture ensures that their farewell is as meaningful as possible.
   

Webcast for Remote Attendance

Although direct cremation does not involve a traditional funeral service or attendance at the committal, we provide a webcast of the committal. This allows family and friends to share in the moment remotely, ensuring that everyone has the chance to say their farewells, even if they cannot be there in person.
 

Handling Ashes with Care

Once the cremation is complete, we offer flexible options for the care and final resting place of your loved one’s ashes:

• Ash Collection or Delivery: You may choose to collect the ashes from one of our branches in Manchester or Stockport, or have them delivered to your home by one of our compassionate staff members.

• Scattering or Interment: If desired, we can arrange for the ashes to be scattered or interred in accordance with your family’s wishes. We’re here to support you in finding a meaningful final resting place for your loved one.

All our direct cremations take place at a crematorium set amidst the beautiful Cheshire countryside, surrounded by six acres of landscaped gardens. This serene, natural environment provides a peaceful and respectful setting, ensuring that your loved one’s cremation is carried out with dignity and care.

Our direct cremation service is available for £1195, which includes:

• Professional fees and care.

• Collection of the deceased in office hours.
  (collection out of office hours are charged at an additional £100)

• Simple coffin

• Cremation at a Cheshire crematorium.

• Return of ashes to a location of your choice* (Manchester or Stockport branches or home delivery).
